From least-cost plans to implementable electrification: A regulatory–financial framework to achieve universal access

New research from the MIT Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research developed a scalable, financially viable pathway to achieve 100% electrification in Uganda. The paper was co-authored by MIT affiliate Santos J. Diaz Pastor and former MITEI Interim Director Robert Stoner.
